Along with law subjects she is teaching Legal English and Communication skills. She represented Punjab Law College in International Visitors Leadership Program for Legal Education Training in 21st century conducted by States Department of U.S.

 

Mr. Khalid Hussain

He has scored position in LLB-I and II in University of the Punjab. He has been practicing in Intellectual Property Laws. He joined the faculty in November 2009. He is currently teaching Constitutional Law to LLB – I and LLB – II.

Miss Shaista Anwar joined the faculty in August 2006. Before that she was working at Pakistan College of Law as lecturer and research officer. She is currently teaching English Jurisprudence to LLB – I and International Law to LLB – II.

Mr. Justice (r) Dr. Munir A. Mughal

Retired Justice of Honorable Lahore High Court, he has done PhD in Islamic Studies and Islamic Law. He is currently a member of Council of Islamic Ideology and is a Legal Advisor of WAPDA, GAPCO and many other organizations.  He has written more than 200 books on various subjects.

 

Mrs. Nasira Javaid

Justice (R) Nasira Javid Iqbal is a lawyer and retired judge of high court.She has served as Judge Lahore High Court and has had the honor of being the Member of Pakistan's Delegation Human Rights Commission, Geneva, Member Supreme Court Bar Association, Member Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan.
Nasira Javed is also ex president of Lahore High court Bar association.
She is married to Justice (R) Doctor Javid Iqbal son of the great Allama Muhammad Iqbal.

 

Mr. Khadim Husain Malik

A retired District and Session Judge, EX, Director Federal Judicial Academy. He has been working as Senior Draftsman (Law and Parliamentary Affairs Punjab). He has teaching experience of about 40 years. He is teaching Law of Evidence and Pakistan Penal Code.

 

Mr. Muhammad Saleem Shahnazi

An M. A., LL .B, Mr. Saleem is a senior Advocate, and another seasoned member of the PLC teaching team for the last 8 years. Before joining us, he had been teaching at the Punjab University Law College since 1978. He has also been teaching at Punjab Civil Services Academy.

 

Mr. Saleem Aftab Sheikh

Now a senior advocate and experienced teacher, he retired as District and Sessions Judge and also held the office of Director General, Federal Judicial Academy Islamabad. He received advanced judicial training at Federal Judicial Center, Washington and the training in Shariah laws at University of Al Azhar Cairo and at International Islamic University Islamabad. He has been with us for the last so many years.

 

Mr. Ejaz Qutab

Ex-Additional District and Session Judge and Ex-Registrar (Rules), Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore, he is a practicing lawyer and currently teaching at Federal Judicial Academy and Punjab Judicial Academy. He has done LL.M. from University of the Punjab.

 

Pirzada Zaroon Rashid

A blossoming professional and a competent teacher, having diverse experience in Taxation laws. He is teaching Taxation Laws in LLB-III.

 

Mr. Faisal Javed

An Advocate, who has developed expertise in drafting agreements and contracts for national and international clients. He is a member of Human Rights Commission of Pakistan; and, has been teaching at PLC and at Punjab College of Business Administration since 2002.

 

Mr. Muhammad Baqir Hussain

Mr. Baqir is a Bureaucrat currently serving as Deputy Director, TDAP. Before that he has been serving on various posts in Punjab Government. He is course instructor for Applied Criminology.

Mr. Amar Sikander

A law graduate from International Islamic University, Islamabad. He has done LL.M. in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London. He is teaching Banking Laws at the college and practicing Banking Laws as well.

 

Mr. Muhammad Aurangzeb Khan Daha

He has been practicing Criminal Law since the year 2000.He has been Joint Secretary of Faran Quiz Society (1995). He has been conducting Law Moots and is Incharge Professor of PLC Law Moot Society. He is teaching Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.

Mr. Muhammad Imran

Mr. Imran has been in the faculty since 2007. He is a doctoral scholar and is currently working on his thesis titled “Law of Trade Marks, enforcement and its marker economy.” He has been appointed Asst. Director (Legal) of Lahore Development Authority. He is teaching Transfer of Property Act in Part – II.

Mr. Rai Yasir Farhad

A graduate from FC College and alumni of Pakistan College of Law, Mr. Farhad is practicing Criminal Law. He has been teaching Minor Acts and Constitution of UK. He has been an excellent debater and is Co-Incharge PLC Debating Society. He has recently qualified Competitive Examination 2011 and has been allocated to Office Management Group under Federal Government of Pakistan.

 

Mr. Muhammad Saad Khan

I am a practicing lawyer as well as a teacher. I joined Punjab Law College in 2010. I have done L.L.M in commercial laws involving Intellectual Property Laws, Banking Laws, Corporate Governance and the Commercial Property. My thesis was on the topic of “Banking Crisis in the light of bank’s governance”. Besides L.L.M I am Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from the Institute of Business Administration University of the Punjab.

 

Mr. Rizwan Hussain
LL.M. (Lond), LL.B. (PU), B.A. (GCU)

Mr. Hussain completed his LL.B. in 2006 from the Pakistan College of Law under the Punjab University Examination System. After specializing in ‘International and Comparative Dispute Resolution’ from Queen Mary, University of London, he returned Pakistan in 2011. He presently works for a prominent dispute resolution Firm in Lahore and handles civil and commercial litigation. He is presently teaching Sale of Goods Act, 1930 to LL.B. Part I and The Partnership Act, 1932 to LL.B. Part II.

Mr. Adnan Tariq
B.Com (PU), LL.B. (PU)
Former Civil Judge

Mr. Adnan Tariq graduated in commerce from Hailey College of Punjab University and after doing his LL.B, he appeared in PCS examinations and qualified. He served as a Civil Judge for six years. He is teaching Special and Local Laws to LLB – II.

 

Mr. Habib-ur-Rehman Jawad

An alumnus of PLC, he has been teaching Business Law of Chartered Accountancy (Pak), CIMA (UK) and ACCA (UK) classes since 1996. Presently he is Director Academics, Skans School of Accountancy. He joined the faculty in the year 2005.

Mr. KM. Ehtisham Yasin

He has 36 years if progressively developing experience in management, capacity building, aiming and developing. He has been a senior officer of the Federal Government. He has been teaching in NIPA, Pakistan Institute of Management, Canadian School, NCBA, WAPDA, PSA and Pakistan Science Foundation.

Mr. Saad Nasrullah

Mr. Saad has been Legal Advisor of Pakistan Engineering Council, and is a member of International Trademark Association, Pakistan Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights Association and Association of European Lawyers. He is teaching Intellectual Property Laws.

Mr. Mazhar Hussain Bhutta

Mr. Mazhar is a Ph.D. scholar at PU Institute for Social and Cultural Studies. He has done M. Phil. (Criminal Justice) and MA (Library and Information Sciences) from University of the Punjab. He is an instructor at Institute of Central Staff Jail and a member of Chief Minister Task Force (Parole & Probation). He is teaching Pakistan Penal Code in LLB-I.

 

Syed Wasif Ali Zaidi

He joined Punjab Law College in October 2010. Before that he was a part of Permanent Faculty at Pakistan College of Law and lastly he worked as Vice Principal at Superior Law College. He is having a vast experience of teaching and he is author of two books on Admin. Law and Legal Ethics. He is teaching Company Law to LLB – II and Administrative Law to LLB – III.
