College Dues

 

The Tuition fee and other dues are given in a separate sheet.

  • Annual charges shall be paid at the time of admission.
  • Subject to any other decision of the College authorities, the Tuition Fee shall be charged in four equal installments; viz.-
  • First Installment:         at the time of admission
  • Second Installment:    in the first week of December
  • Third Installment:       in the 2nd week of February
  • Last Installment:         in the 2nd week of April. Rule  14 (2)
  • The Fee Package includes Briefing Session (if any), Mid-Term and Final-Term Examinations, Special Tutorials, Seminars, Law Moots, Revision Workshops, Visits to Courts, and Special/Additional Courses. Rule  13
  • The dues are payable in advance by such dates and in such manner as may be notified. Rule  14 (1)
  • The name of a candidate, selected for admission, shall stand withdrawn without notice, if he does not pay the requisite dues within the time fixed, and his seat may be assigned to any other candidate. Rule  10 (4)
  • If a student does not pay the dues by the date fixed for the purpose, a fine of Rs.20/- per day will be charged up to the last working day of the month, whereafter his name will automatically stand struck off the college rolls, and, unless re-admitted, he will not be allowed to attend any classes, or benefit himself from any other facilities at the College. Rule  14 (3)
  • The defaulter may, within 10 days from the day his name is so struck off, apply for re-admission, specifying reasons for non-payment of dues within the prescribed time. Rule  14 (4)
  • The Principal, in his discretion, may re-admit him on payment of the outstanding dues and a struck off fine of Rs. 500. Rule  14 (5)
  • The dues, once paid, are not refundable or transferable on any account whatsoever. Rule  14 (6)
