3/11/2010 On 17th October, 2009, a lecture was arranged on "Nutrition & Health Fitness" for LLB-I. Mrs. Saima Zahid and Mrs. Fariha Hamid were the speakers. The speakers had all length interactive session about various health and fitness concerns. It was an informative lecture, refuting some very prominent myths concerning health and fitness.
